Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) is the hardest material known to man. It is produced through a technologically advanced process utilizing extreme pressures and high temperatures.
The abrasion resistance and thermal conductivity of PCD allows tools to cut 200 to 300 times longer than carbide under “optimal cutting conditions".
PCD saw blades excel in high volume cutting in various applications. Royce//Ayr is producing special designed PCD saw blades to cut and trim intake manifolds.

Custom engineered at 4.4 or 4.8 kerf to perform on any panel saw
Application:
Use PCD scoring saws on any material. PCD main blades should be used only on clean panel material or raw MDF/HDF. For inconsistent materials such as particle boards, use Ultimax carbide tipped main blades with PCD scores for optimal performance.
PCD saw blades for trim sawing combined with hoggers to process excess materials directly into the suction system.
