Royce Standard Saw Blades
Is our top of the line seen blade tipped with sub-micron carbide tips at 95 Rockwell hardness. These tips are corrosion and oxidation resistant. Tests have shown that "ULTIMA" saw blades will outlast blades with conventional grades of carbide tips by 2 to 4 times.
Ultima Saw Blades
Designed for high volume cutting of stacked panel material. Unique tooth geometry provides better chip removal resulting in improved cut quality and extended tool life.

We specialize in sophisticated coatings such as TiN, TiAlN, TiCN and CrN to help extend the life when cutting tough automotive products. We also produce HSS and Carbide tipped blades to cut Non-Ferrous metals such as Aluminum and Copper. CV Friction saw blades are available in a range of sizes for coarse cut-off applications.
