Terms and Conditions
This is an Application and Agreement for credit and shall apply to any and all credit extended by Royce//Ayr Cutting Tools Inc. The credit applicant understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale:
1. Terms of sale are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Accounts will automatically go on credit hold if they are past their net terms or over their credit limit. Royce//Ayr reserves the right to hold any shipments or tools if an account is past 45 days from the invoice date.Sales Representatives of Royce are not authorized to change or adjust credit terms without written consent from the credit manager.
2. All claims against invoices must be made within 30 days after receipt of goods.
3. Tooling delivered on a trial basis will be invoiced at time of delivery. A 30 day period is allotted for returns before being subject to a 15% restocking charge.
4. Goods may not be returned without prior authorization by Royce. Goods returned by courier require a RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION number which is available through sales or customer service.
5. Goods or merchandise authorized for return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
6. NSF cheques will be subject to a $15.00 charge.
7. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in cancellation of credit privileges without notice.
