2025-11 Pricing update

Dear Valued Customers,

Over the past year, we’ve continued to absorb rising costs in raw materials, driven by factors such as tariffs, energy prices, and most recently significant increases in carbide raw materials. We had hoped these pressures would stabilize, but they have unfortunately persisted.

As a result, we are implementing a price adjustment. Most of our product lines will see a 6% increase, while a few selected items may experience higher adjustments due to material-specific impacts. We remain committed to delivering quality and value, and we appreciate your continued support and understanding.

EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1st THE FOLLOWING PRICE CHANGES WILL TAKE EFFECT

• 10%increase on Solid Carbide router bits and Proline Saws
• 15% increase on all D Series drills for CNC drill banks
• 6% on all remaining products and services

In addition to the above there will be small changes to select product groups such as about 30% increase in imperial O flute tools, as Well as HPS Corrugated steel, BakPak knives and Solid Carbide Tersa knives increasing approximately20%. In addition to these we will be updating our Coated Ultimax spiral pricing that should result in a reduction of 10 – 20%.
